SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

We are seeking tenacious, highly-motivated and innovative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executives / Managers. The individual is responsible for supporting the wider team in the creation, planning, execution and tracking of internal marketing and client campaigns.

This role has plenty of opportunities for advancement, so would ideally suit someone who is ambitious to progress to a more senior role in marketing. The role is based in Berkhamsted with opportunities to travel to meet clients and be involved in influencer events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for client Social & Influencer campaigns, collaborating with the team to devise and lead unique campaign concepts and exciting approaches to content.

  • Work with the team to develop the vision and strategy for client Social Media channels, influencer programmes and content strategy. 

  • Manage and execute social media plans across key brand channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

  • Manage planned activity to deliver robust and profitable campaigns, maximizing the biggest opportunities for brands.

  • Manage implementation of client Social and Influencer programmes, working with in-house team to deliver value-adding, lead generating, brand building activity – and to help drive awareness, trial, purchase, penetration and retention of client target customers. 

  • Lead Influencer identification and target lists for client campaigns.

  • Manage end-to-end influencer activations to meet or exceed client KPI's -including framing the campaign strategy, prospecting and curating talent, managing contract negotiations, influencer relations and post-campaign reporting.

  • Manage campaign budget to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.

  • Execute and develop robust test & learn plans, based on analytical insights, to improve performance.


Requirements

  • Keen interest in Influencer and Celebrity marketing

  • A positive, highly-motivated self-starter, with a natural and passionate interest for digital media and content.

  • Strong communication, networking and relationship skills, with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with talent.

  • Naturally confident and sociable liaising with stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses and global clients.

  • Well-versed in the concepts surrounding influencer marketing and performance marketing. 

  • Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our influencer marketing campaigns.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities

  • Support the team to organise and oversee the creation of digital marketing tactics - including website, blog and social media content.

  • Create on-brand, relevant and compelling website content. Ensure the site is optimised for search engines and identify suitable websites to build links with.

  • Social Media Content: Create, schedule and monitor the performance of content on social media outputs, to grow followers and engagement.

  • Grow databases, schedule, build, and send e-marketing communications to relevant client, influencer and customer mail-lists.

  • Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance of internal and client campaign activity, using tools such as Google analytics and social listening.

  • Day-to-day management of the team task list. Ensure all tasks and projects are entered into our systems and briefed according to required standards.

  • Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.


Requirements

SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER INTERN

Type: Internship (flexible 3-12 months)

Responsibilities

  • Support team with ideas for creative approaches to influencer campaigns and concepts to surprise and delight our clients.

  • Maintain influencer relationships, using Instagram community management.

  • Assist with Influencer identification and target lists for client campaigns.

  • Regular housekeeping of databases, e.g. ensuring that audience numbers, influencer activity etc is accurately recorded in our systems.

  • In conjunction with Influencer Manager, ensure upcoming activity and progress is recorded clearly, concisely and circulated to relevant stakeholders each day.

  • Organisation of Influencer databases, manage new applications/queries, build and maintain internal profiles for active influencer partners.

  • Organising and scheduling timely delivery of product from brands.

  • Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.

INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of influencer campaigns for our global brand partners, and for the development of a social influencer roster. The candidate will assist in driving the strategic vision and implementation of a talent management and influencer marketing division.


We are looking for a tenacious, highly-motivated and innovative individual that will drive the growth of client Influencer Marketing campaigns. The candidate must have excellent networking and relationship skills, with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with talent. Ideally a big-picture, strategic thinker, with the ability to roll-up sleeves and get in to the details around key initiatives.


The role is based in Berkhamsted and the successful candidate would be expected to have some local and international travel, for influencer events and to meet with our brand partners.


Responsibilities

  • Implementing, developing and delivering a global influencer marketing campaigns across all social platforms.

  • Develop campaigns grounded in a strategic approach, based on data, audience insights, market and business insights, using a variety of tools to maximise campaign results.
